These are as delicious to eat as they are nutritious. So let’s take a look at some nutritious winter vegetables-

Beans : Beans are a delicious, nutritious, good source of protein among winter vegetables. It is mainly eaten as a vegetable and its dried seeds as pulses. We almost all update like to eat beans. The ripe seeds of this winter bean are rich in carbs and fats.

It contains lots of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and water. The fibrous part of the bean helps in digestion and relieves constipation. Beans usually reduce the incidence of diarrhea. Blood cholesterol levels are greatly reduced, which greatly reduces the risk of heart disease and increases the strength of the stomach and spleen. Eliminates various problems in the body of girls, eliminates malnutrition in children and provides nutrition. Bean flower blood can be used to treat diarrhea.

Gourd : Gourd is a watery cold vegetable. It contains the most water. Also contains Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Fiber, Phosphorus, Iron, Calcium, Zinc etc.

Radish : Radish is one of the winter vegetables. Usually two types of radish are grown in our country. White radish and red radish. Radishes are rich in vitamin C. Interestingly, the amount of vitamin A in this mulberry leaf is almost six times more. Radish contains beta carotene. This vegetable has a lot of nutritional and medicinal properties. Radish helps our body prevent various cancers. The beta-carotene in radishes greatly reduces the risk of heart disease. It reduces our body weight. Radish helps in eliminating ulcers and indigestion. Prevents the formation of stones in the kidneys and gallbladder.

Cauliflower: A bunch of white flowers in the middle of green leaves. Cauliflower is this green-white white bunch of flowers. Fried, vegetarian, fish curry, pakora can be cooked and eaten in any way. Cauliflower contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C and Vitamin K which meet the vitamin requirements of our body. Also contains Iron, Sulfur, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese and Fiber. Cauliflower has many benefits. The sulfur-containing sulforaphane component present in cauliflower destroys cancer cells and prevents the growth of any tumor. Cauliflower sulforaphane lowers blood pressure and keeps the heart healthy by keeping blood flow regular. Cauliflower rich in fiber and sulfur helps in digestion. Cauliflower with vitamin B and B complex of cauliflower is very useful to increase memory and keep it active. Cauliflower also helps with brain weakness and amnesia. Vitamin A and Vitamin C Winter colds, flu, runny nose, Protects against cough and tonsillitis. Cauliflower is cholesterol free so it has an effective role in body building.

Cabbage : Cabbage is a delicious winter vegetable. Cabbage salat, fried, curry can be eaten in different ways. Cabbage contains sugars, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and plenty of water. Cabbage is rich in Vitamin-C and E. Vitamin C present in cabbage keeps the bones of our body strong and strong. Cabbage protects a lot from age related bone problems. Cabbage is also a helpful food for weight loss. Cabbage has a lot of fiber. Incurable disease is able to prevent ulcers. Our body does not have a pair of cabbage to prevent stomach ulcers and peptic ulcers.

Spinach : Spinach is a favorite vegetable of all. Spinach is rich in folic acid, calcium and iron. A winter vegetable with high nutritional value and rich in antioxidants. So in addition to preventing arthritis, osteoporosis, it also plays a role in preventing heart disease and colon cancer. Spinach ingredients prevent cancer, especially skin cancer. Its carotenoids and powerful antioxidants prevent prostate cancer and ovarian cancer. In addition, spinach helps in strengthening the bones, maintaining good cardiovascular system and mental health in the body. see also : Ways to get rid of toothache
