Make a pout

You only need to make a pout and have to suck your cheeks. This position is beneficial when you hold it for 30 seconds. You must repeat that exercise at least 10 times a day. Move your head

Moving your head can also benefit you in many ways to reduce fat underneath the chin. You only have to sit in a comfortable position on the floor. Now you have to move your head in upward and downward positions. You must move your head slowly and try to touch your chin to the chest. You can also move your neck slowly to the left and right positions. Doing such double chin exercises will tighten the skin under the chin and also make your neck flexible.

Ball exercise

You can consider doing a ball exercise to compress your chin for fat reduction. You only need a cricket or tennis ball to hold it with your chin and chest. Now, you have to slowly push the chin skin with the ball. Repeating this exercise can provide you with visible results in a month. This is, however, not as easy as the above-mentioned exercises.
